  185.   maximize disk space by including only one copy  OF EACH  file found in the

  191.   SHAREWARE software is _NOT_ free !  SHAREWARE authors retain ALL rights to

  203.   If you think you have located a bug or if the program does not function as
  204.   described in it's documentation...

  206.   1) Check ALL documentation THOROUGHLY to ensure that what you're trying IS
  207.      an option within that program and that you are implementing the feature
  208.      EXACTLY as described IN the documentation.

  210.   2) Make SURE you have NOT received a corrupt copy of the file in question!
  211.  
  212.   3) Disable ALL other programs  ( or boot from a floppy containing ONLY the
  213.      program in question ) to ensure that some other program isn't causing a
  214.      problem. If the problem disappears, re-enable the other programs one by
  215.      one until you find the one with which it conflicts ( and let me know ).

  217.   4) If you are certain that a problem exists (and can consistently recreate
  218.      it), write down the EXACT conditions under which the problem manifests
  219.      (so that I may recreate it here) and, of course, let ME know !  I can't
  220.      fix it if I don't know it's broken.

  222.      NOTE: Although this may sound obvious, there  ARE  people who insist on
  223.            contacting the software distributor or the person who uploaded a
  224.      file to "comment" on a programs performance. If you're having a problem
  225.      or have any questions, contact the author ! The AUTHOR !

  228.   PROGRAM SUPPORT

  230.   My budget requires that ALL Shareware endeavors support themselves. Anyone
  231.   who has become a registered owner will continue to receive FULL support !! 
  232.   I can no longer, however, afford to maintain a constant  "on-line"  vigil.
  233.   Registered owners should therefore drop me a note  BEFORE  trying to reach
  234.   me through E.MAIL. Further support can then be offered through E.MAIL . My
  235.   apologies to anyone who has sent E.MAIL and has not received a response. I
  236.   now only go "on-line" about once every six months.
